Three shot glasses filled with a golden-brown liquid, placed on a light-colored wooden board. To the left, a pink flower. To the right, four pieces of dark chocolate with nuts on top, on a small wooden board. In the background, a bar or shelf with liquor bottles, blurred.

The Space

Interior of a modern cafe or bar with a wooden counter, bar stools, tables, and chairs, dim lighting, black walls, and decorative string lights, with a display case of desserts on the counter.

The bar area came together with the help of an incredible group of talented people.

Custom concrete countertops were created by Sean McDaniel, Elizabeth’s husband.

Bar shelving brackets were made by local artist Ryan Callaway.

The cocoa pod mural was painted by Mary Barron, Elizabeth’s mother-in-law.

Creating this space has been a true labor of love.

Close-up of chocolate truffles covered with chopped nuts, arranged on a flat surface with scattered crumbs.
A glass of yellow cocktail with a slice of lime on the rim, on a wooden table with a blurred background of bottles on shelves.
Pieces of white and red layered chocolate with pink bird design on top, placed on a piece of parchment paper.
A clear plastic bag containing white vanilla bean marshmallows with a handwritten label that says 'LaRue' and 'VANILLA BEAN MARSHMALLOWS.' The bag is tied with a golden twist tie, and the background is blurred with warm lighting.
A can of Lemonade with a vintage pin-up girl illustration on the label. A green and white striped straw is inserted into the can, which is placed on a white paper on a wooden surface. Out-of-focus warm lights create a bokeh background.
