Dessert First!

Four dessert courses paired with wine and bubbles.
Y’all I am so excited about this. I have these amazingly talented young women that work for me and they help make LaRue chocolates taste the way they are supposed to taste—they help me carry out my vision. BUT I think it is going to be so much fun to watch them flex their culinary muscles. Apparently, I will be making my chocolate terrine, because they wanted to include me in this adventure! The menu isn’t finalized yet but the meetings we have had to discuss have included balsamic roasted peaches with ricotta and lavender honey affogato…so it is going to be delicious. Life is short, eat the dessert.
